WHAT IS OUR ONBOARDING PROCESS ABOUT?

When our systems are newly implemented on the ships, usually at least one employee travels to brief the crew on the systems with individually tailored trainings, help with problems that might occur, and make sure everything is running as expected and provides an excellent experience for the guests. Other tasks for our team range from the general setup of the systems and content creation to the installation of newer software versions on TVs or other systems.

In addition, if time permits, client systems are improved in terms of loading speed and content, systems are getting tested and things like design, loading processes, picture size etc. are looked at. These issues are either fixed on the spot or discussed with appropriate decision-makers on the client side.
We also provide direct and fast contact with our team that is not on-site if this is needed. This team consisting of project managers, a development team and operations are a vital component and a great support for our team on board.

At first glance, traveling with a cruise ship sounds like a vacation, but it still is a business trip with up to 24 hours on-call service and the willingness to help the customer in any conceivable situation. These onboarding processes offer an interesting change to the daily office routine and a great possibility to improve our processes and the general understanding and knowledge of cruise ships and everything that is needed to provide a great experience for the guests.
